Note about file names

When Creating a new page with this template you should use the following format for the page file name

apr-13-whistler-launching-official-community-plan-update.cfm

Start with the date (mmm-dd-) then enter the title, keep it short if possible and avoid using spaces in the file name, end the file name with .cfm extension. Use lowercase for all characters .

Note about the overview list page sort order

The overview list page orders the most recently created press releases at the top of the overview list regardless of the date of the actual press release. So if you are creating 2 or more press releases of different dates you would want to create the one with the earliest date first. The last one you create will be at the top of the list.

If you edit a press release the time stamp will change on it and it will move to the top of the list.
